SLUSH PUNCH

I have made this punch several times over the years and each time I make it I have several people wanting the recipe.  So ladies here it is:

 

1 cup sugar
1 cup of water
Combine water and sugar in saucepan on medium heat until sugar is dissolved
Once dissolved remove from heat and combine with 46 oz can of pineapple juice
16 oz can of thawed frozen lemonade
48 oz bottle of cran-rasberry juice
Freeze all these ingredients
One hour before serving, put in punch bowl, (you can also freeze it while it is in the punch bowl)
Break into chunks and add one 2-liter ginger ale
Stir until slushy
