How to Lose Weight Without Depriving Yourself

Okay, so the Christmas Holidays have passed and you find yourself with a few extra pounds.  Well there is an app out there that will help you lose weight.  I was skeptical the first time I tried it because even though I have never been overweight, I did struggle with adding extra pounds year after year as I got older.  I tried in the past to drop a few extra pounds but was never successful until I downloaded

You do have to have some discipline, but if you are serious about losing weight, I believe this will work for you.  I follow the plan very closely throughout the week and then when the weekend comes I may cheat a little but I still stay pretty close to my diet.  What I love about this app is that when you go into a restaurant you can type the restaurant name in and it will give you the calories for their menu.  This helps me make better choices.  I always thought I was making the right choices, but I found out I wasn’t.  For instance I may have chosen a chicken wrap before I downloaded this app, but now I realize that is not always the best choice. 

When my sweet tooth kicks in I make sure I have sugar free candy or cookies in the house.  I also make sugar free pies 

 For the pies, I use instant sugar free pudding and sugar free cool whip.  This is easy and fast to make and if you are a working woman like me you do not want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen once you get home.  This is also great for people with diabetes.

Get out there and get started.  If you will commit yourself to this new way of eating, for at least a month, I think you will be very happy with the results and will continue making better choices.  Good Luck!
