HEARTY BEEF STEW

This is a good hearty meal for cold days.  Here is the recipe:

1 to 2 lbs of beef stew meat
1 can of cream of mushroom soup (I use low fat)
1 beef bouillion cube
3 to 4 potatoes
1 small package of baby carrots
1 to 2 cups of broccoli
1 package of Savory Pot Roast seasoning mix

Brown stew meat in skillet
Turn the heat down and add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 3 cans of water, add the package of Savory Pot Roast seasoning mix and the bouillion cube.  Cover and cook for 2 to 3 hours until the beef is tender
Cut potatoes into chucks and boil approximately 5 minutes add carrots and broccoli and continue to cook for another 10 to 15 minutes
Drain the vegetables and mix with the beef stew

Eat right away or transfer into a crock pot and keep warm until everyone is ready to eat.#awesomestew
