60 MINUTE BATTER BREAD

Ingredients:

3 cups of Flour

1/4 cup of sugar

1 tsp of salt

1 pkg rapid rise yeast

3/4 cup of water

1/2 cup of milk

2 tablespoons of oleo

1 egg room temperature

Mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast.  Heat water, milk, oleo to 125 to 130 degrees.  Stir into dry mix.  Stir in egg.  Spoon into 10″ tube pan or bundt cake pan.  Set in a warm place for 40 to 60 minutes.  Until it doubles in size.  Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.batter-bread-200
