With the weather getting cooler outside, there is nothing better than a nice bowl of chili. This is the recipe I use:  

2 lbs of beef
1 cup of chopped onions
1 clove of garlic (minced)
1/2 cup of red or green peppers (mixed)
1 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 can of original rotel
1 can of chili beans
1 can of kidney beans
11/2 teaspoons of chili powder
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 cup of honey 

Brown ground beef and add onions and peppers. Continue cooking until the onions are slightly brown.  Drain the grease.

Add the rest of the ingredients except the honey.  Simmer for 10 minutes on medium heat.  Add honey and serve.
